Brad Uebinger is a yoga and meditation teacher with 50 years of experience available for private lessons in your home or mine. (Must be within 25 miles of Cicero, Indiana) Studied with world-class yoga teachers and Zen masters. Over 800 hours of Yoga Teacher training, including The Kripalu Center and the White Lotus Center. Advanced training in adaptive yoga and trauma-informed yoga. Extremely knowledgeable about the “inner practices” of yoga. First session only $75 for one hour.
